Lection of Lama Jangchub Nyingpo “The way of awareness”

On the 11th of January, lection of Lama Jangchub “The way of awareness” (introduction to Buddhism) will take place in “Tibet House”

That’s what Lama Jangchub (born in England) tells about himself: “In 1975-1976 I felt interested in Buddhism and studied meditation in different groups. I had a precious opportunity to meet such great lamas as His Holiness 16th Gyalva Karmapa, Lama Kalu Rinpoche, His Holiness Dilgo Khentse Rinpoche, whom I took Refuge with, and of course Lama Gendune Rinpoche. Just then I understood that to know meditation really deep, I need the guidance of an experienced lama. That’s why I asked Lama Gendune Rinpoche, whether I can have a three-year retreat.

Since the period of 1991 to 1997 Lama Jangchub had 2 three-year retreats under the direction of Lama Gendune Rinpoche. From then Lama Jangchub lives in Kyun Drol Ling monastery in France. He also gives teachings in the centers and groups of practitioners in different countries – USA, Holland, Germany, Great Britain and France.
