Tibetans across the world celebrate Nobel Peace Prize day

DHARAMSHALA: The 25th anniversary of the conferment of Nobel Peace prize on His Holiness the Dalai Lama was marked with great pomp and ceremony all across the world including Moscow (Russia), Kathmandu (Nepal), Bangalore (India), Paris (France), and Taiwan. The celebration included cultural performances, talks on His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s three main commitments, documentaries on Tibet, His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the Middle Way Approach, the policy conceived by His Holiness to resolve the issue of Tibet through dialogue.

organised by the Chief Representative’s office.

Honorary Consul of Republic of Suriname, Dr. Vevai, Medical Superintendent of MVJ Hospital
and Chief Representative of the southern Tibetan settlements Mr. Karma Singe
launching the book “Little Tibet” at the ceremony in Bangalore.
