This initiative serves strengthening of mutual understanding and study of history, philosophy and Buddhism and it is an important component of development for interreligious dialogue in contemporary world. Thanks to such conferences, the international community has an opportunity to realize significance of women in Buddhism not only as nuns but first of all as mothers and wives handing down family and moral values to their children.
